1. How long does it take to get my frame?
It takes 2 days to create your design. Once approved,
printing & framing takes 1 day.
Delivery usually takes 3–4 days depending on your location.
2. How do I send my photos and details?
After placing your order, you can send us your photos and required details through WhatsApp. Our team will guide you through everything you need to provide.
3. Can I see the design before it is printed?
Yes. We share your design with you for approval before printing. Your frame is only sent for printing once you approve the final design.
4. Can I request changes to the design?
Absolutely. You get 5 free revisions so we can make sure the final design looks exactly the way you want it.
5. What if my frame arrives damaged?
Don't worry. Your order is covered by our 30-day replacement warranty. If your frame arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help arrange a replacement.
